The governor looked out the window to see what was going on.
There were thousands of parents and children on his front lawn.
Saying they were there to fight for our children’s education,
Because these young people are the future of our nation.
The education of our children cannot afford to take a loss.
A quality education is a priority no matter what the cost.
So they fought the darkness, the cold, the wind and the rain.
And if necessary they will show up to do it again and again.
All who were there say it was a wonderful sight to see.
